Terms of sale and use
1. Who you're dealing with
This site and its products are run by Stack & Ship, the trading name of Shah L, a sole trader based in East Anglia, England. Contact: Edtrackai@gmail.com. Address: [SHAH TO FILL: correspondence address].
2. Gumroad is the seller of record
All products are sold through Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc.), which is the merchant of record. Gumroad takes your payment, charges and accounts for VAT/sales tax, issues your receipt and processes any refund. Gumroad's terms (https://gumroad.com/terms) apply to the checkout. These terms cover your licence to use the product and our responsibilities as its creator.
3. Products
Each product is digital content, delivered as a download or link on Gumroad straight after payment and described on its product page:

4. Your right to cancel (UK consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel. For digital content that is not on a physical medium, that right ends once the download or access starts, but only if you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged you lose the right. At checkout / before download you will be asked to confirm:
"I want immediate access to this digital content and I understand that I lose my 14-day right to cancel once the download or access begins." We confirm that agreement on your receipt. If the product is faulty or not as described, you keep your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (see section 7 and the refund policy). This doesn't affect our voluntary 14-day "if it didn't help, full refund" guarantee (see the refund policy).
5. Licence
On purchase you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for personal use and in an unlimited number of your own and your clients' projects. Things you build with it (code, workspaces, spreadsheets, reports) are yours. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or republish the pack itself (the files, templates, rules or checklists), whether in original or modified form, or as part of a competing product. Free GitHub samples are licensed under the licence in their repository (MIT).
6. Not professional advice
The UK Sole Trader Tracker gives estimates for simple cases using published GOV.UK rates; it is not tax, legal or accounting advice and you are responsible for your own return. The AI rules, Launch Audit and MCP Starter are aids to your own development and review, not a security guarantee or audit. Solo Founder OS is an organisation template, not accounting software.
7. Our responsibility to you
If you are a consumer, the digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it isn't, contact us and we will repair or replace it, or if we can't, give you a full or partial refund (via Gumroad). This is in addition to our 14-day guarantee. If faulty content we supply damages your device or other digital content and we failed to use reasonable care, we will repair the damage or compensate you. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses (lost profit, revenue or opportunity) where you buy for business purposes, or for problems caused by third-party services (Notion, Google Sheets, Excel, Cursor, Claude, Supabase, Stripe, etc.). For business buyers, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights.
8. Updates
You get free lifetime updates within the major version you bought (for example, all v2.x updates for AI Rules v2), delivered through your Gumroad library. Whether future major versions (for example v3) are free, discounted or paid is at our discretion.
9. Law
English law applies. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
