Refund policy
All our products are digital content sold through Gumroad, which is the merchant of record and processes every refund back to your original payment method.
14-day "if it didn't help, full refund" guarantee
If a paid product didn't help you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full through Gumroad. You don't need to give a reason, though we're grateful if you do. After a refund, please delete your copy; the licence ends.
Your legal cancellation right
When you buy, you agree to get the download immediately and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel ends once the download or access begins (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, reg. 37). Our guarantee above is a voluntary promise on top of that, so you're still covered for 14 days.
Faulty or not as described
If a product doesn't work, is missing files or isn't as described, tell us at any time. We'll fix or replace it, and if we can't, refund you in full or in part. This is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and isn't limited to 14 days.
How to ask
Reply to your Gumroad receipt, or email Edtrackai@gmail.com with the email you bought with and the product name. We aim to reply within 3 working days.
Gumroad's own refunds
Gumroad may refund fraudulent or duplicate charges itself. If we haven't replied within 30 days, you can contact Gumroad with proof of your request (https://gumroad.com/help).
Free products
Solo Founder OS Lite, the Security Checklist and the free GitHub samples cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
